I’m so glad you’ve had success with the Natrol too. And the banana is a brilliant tip. I try not to eat much late, but like clockwork if I’m still awake at midnight, I get hungry. Having a healthy snack proactively would help a ton!

I’ve tried all the other brands. Some other sleep inducing helpers are Valerian root, a muscle relaxer, and listening to someone speaking. Think of any boring lecture that you’ve attended. You can’t keep your eyes open. This is most helpful if you already know what they are saying, so double boring. Soothing
music works, too. And, just like feeding an infant before putting them to bed, it can be helpful to eat a little sensible snack. Some people like toast, but I like a banana or hard boiled egg. The banana helps prevent leg cramps, too. So, that’s what I’ve figured out in my 71 years.
