Oh man, I bet so! Since I originally wrote the post, we tried it with chicken and it was just as good. It cooked way faster than I expected, even on low. We’ll be adding that to our dinner rotation too!

I’ll definitely try with chicken too.
Since I’m trying to limit shopping trips, I did a huge meat buy at Costco a few weeks ago – not hoarding, only enough that would fit in my refrigerator’s freezer. Note to self: Do not buy the huge package of ribs unless you’re planning to eat it that night or the next. I had to do a lot of arranging to fit that in my freezer 🙂

I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. I was excited that we needed to restock groceries this week and I could pick up another pork roast and the other ingredients. We’re REALLY looking forward to making the pork tomorrow and having the taco’s for dinner! Mmm!
